The first ever charity event in the Basement's history was a rousing success! Over ten thousand monies were raised. This money came from many successful robberies. Shoominions were sometimes a little hesitant to part with their fairly stolen goods, but the promise of marbles and cute drawings from Shoomimi were enough to win them over. Others just gave because money is silly and they felt like giving was the right thing to do. All this money was taken to the American Heart Association and was met with praise. They were much less receptive when the Shoominions brought in all the hearts they had stolen or found hidden away in the Basement. They apparently did not want these hearts, which is weird because they're the American Heart Association. Shoomimi attempted to explain that she didn't know where the hearts came from, and that it looks bad but it wasn't anything serious. The police were called anyway and Shoomimi fled the scene. Shoomimi told the Shoominions to sit tight, and that she would be back when the fuzz wasn't around. Shoomimi then promised that Doomimi and Cousinmimi would look after them while she was gone. A promise that was enough to stop the crying and make everyone feel ok.
