With the snow piling up in the Basement Shoominions continue to hold their heads high. The Basement has been quite festive as work sites have frozen over. The lack of employment has given Shoominions more time to focus on what's important: CRIME. In terms of crime there have been some major accomplishments such as: • The theft of crazy straws from the kitchen in order to create a pipeline to siphon hot Coffee, Tea, and Hot Chocolate from an unspecified source. • Making lifelike Shoominion doppelgangers in order to stage an escape a merchandising scam. • Insurance fraud from staging ice and cold related injuries. Truly this week has been quite rambunctious in the Basement. Evenings are spent cheering on Shoomimi as she beats up people in the streets. The Shoominion tree was brought out of storage and was given a Shoostar. Poems and other homemade gifts are being crafted with care in preparation for the holiday. Games such as marbles are played in abundance, and new games like the Shoominion trading card game are taking the Basement by storm. Though all the cards in that game are handmade and no one knows the rules. Surrounded by such wonderful friends, and lovely Shoominions the Basement is truly a winter wonderland.
