A class action Lawsuit has been filed in Shoomopolis city court today. Plaintiffs allege that Shoomimi will aggressively shake her boobs at them, asserting that they are real, and forcing them to look. The plaintiffs are seeking compensation for emotional damages. Shoomopolis PD is separately investigating if this was an unlicensed use of sex appeal, but it is at this point unclear if these actions were done for business or for personal reasons.
