Shoomimi has been served a class action lawsuit by Minion&Minion Co. Minion&Minion is presenting a case before Shoomopolis court where plaintiffs allege that Shoomimi is impersonating them for personal profit. For using Shoominion visual and audio likeness the victims of this crime are seeking marbles for damages. This is the second lawsuit this month brought against Shoomimi. The first Lawsuit was brought by forth by one Sue. The Lawsuit has yet to be unsealed, but involves criminal allegations involving Shoomimi's Horse Gambling.
